Photographer’s Note
The GLOW lightart festival is every year in Eindhoven.
Linked to it is a photography contest and i'm one of the six elected this year!! :-)
The photo shows the grave of the incandescent lightbulb at the end of the walkway.
The lightbulb was born in Eindhoven by the Philips company. And it also died in Eindhoven, since Philips invented the energy saving light and the LED. The grave is a contraption during the Eindhoven GLOW lightart festival. I liked the interaction with the family and the darkness of it all being displayed on a graveyard.
