Photographer’s Note

Here's one from back in the day with my Olympus OM-10 and Miranda 70-200mm lens. I was shooting into the sun with a long focal length.

The shot occurred during the Brightlingsea Regatta and depicts a couple of youngsters sitting in this old skiff that is at anchor.

It's one of my favourites. Perhaps not the technically best photo, but it's one where I can close my eyes and remember the scene just as it looks in this picture.

Hi Tim
A strong silhouette that catches our eye immediately especially since the rest of the photo is nore or less monochrome. I think I might have tried some colour correction but if this is the way it was then so be it.
