El Hatillo is a very nice village near Caracas. The houses built on the hillside form a very interesting and colorfull urban chaos.

Hello Marcus,
Wow, this hill looks very steep and each building looks like built on top of the one below it.
I like this colourful and chaotic world.
Good POV with the façades of the houses on the foreground.
You emphasise the chaos with the many electricity cables.
