Medieval market square of Bernkastel. The square is surrounded by many well preserved half-timbered houses as well as the renaissance Rathaus (city hall) built in 1608. The fountain is called St. Michaelsbrunnen.

Hej Kari,
A very fine blue-hour capture with excellent colours. We were here to in the middle of October, but daytime only and with grey weather conditions. So there was no chance to take a picture like this one. I will have to enjoy this instead!

Hi Kari, nice work with the Blue Hour and what better subject that a medieval village? Your ghosts in the FG give dynamism and a wonderful eerie atmosphere to the photo. Excellent POV catching the lovely square as well as the narrow lane on the right.
You did a fine job of handling the night light as this splendid architecture is seen in great detail.
