On left bank of the coastal river Lez, also canal de Palavas, catalan boats with latin rigging of association LATINA CUP in Palavas.

The Lez is a coastal river of 30 km which run in the French department of Hérault, while passing by Montpellier, and are thrown in the Mediterranean, to Palavas-les-Flots.

Palavas-les-Flots is a French commune of the department of Herault, Languedoc-Roussillon area, populated of 5421 "Palavasiens" distributed on 2,4 km² is 2 278 hab./km².

Palavas-les-Flots is a seaside resort located at 12 km from the center of Montpellier, on the Gulf of Lion and Mediterranean. Its emerged territory is composed of dune cords separating two ponds and the sea. The principal agglomeration is with the outlet of the channel which connects the coastal river Lez to the sea. It is one of the principal seaside resorts attended by Montpelliérains and Héraultais of the back-country.

Un joli cliché sur ces barques aux formes particulières à la région sous un beau ciel bleu. Il y en a qui ont de la chance d'avoir le ciel bleu.

Severe problems trying to get onto TE this morning as yesterday, hope these do not continue. I like the composition here; it has a very pleasing atmosphere engendered by the soft light and colours. The composition is well framed making good use of the square format. I like the perspective created by the line of boats. Thanks for sharing.

Bonjour Joël,

Les mats des bateaux ont un effet graphique. la prise de vue permet de voir les détails et les couleurs des immeubles qui bordent la rue. L'intensité de la lumière met en valeur les couleurs de l'image. Bonne journée.

Un carré bien aménagé,j'aime beaucoup ce bateau à droite et ce qui est important dans ce type d'images est de ne pas couper les mats.Le job est soigné dans ces teintes douces.

la ripresa con il tele crea un grande interesse alle prue allineate di queste barche distinte da colori tenui e diversi. Colpisce l'atmosfera insolitamente molto tranquilla della banchina del porticciolo, che in genere sono molto animate.

Cette photo bien présentée dans un format carré rend vraiment bien l'ambiance charmante du "bric-à- brac" de ces petits ports avec cet enchevêtrement de maisons aux proportions différentes, de cables, de bateaux joliment colorés. Une photo que l'on découvre peu à peu au gré des détails qui attirent notre attention.

As your shot shows, this seaside resort has a nice marina with all conditions for sport and recreation. The multicolored yachts and architecture make the picture looking colorfully and brightly. Very good presentation of this interesting tourist destination!

La lumiere peu probable au novembre. Au moins chez moi, Joel. Le regale au soleil. Les facades propres. Le quai qui n'attend que moi. Ou bien, on prend une bierre dans le cafe en face.

Bonjour Joël.
Ce qui est le plus remarquable ici c'est la lumière. Cette lumière détache les barques du premier plan et joue sur les couleurs des façades. C'est au final une photo très agréable.

ces barques je les ai vus ce WE mais je n'avais pas pris l'appareil vu le mauvais temps qui régne ce WE, un cadrage que je voyais plus de l'autre coté avec le resto panoramique, mais belle image
