Photographer’s Note
The Residenz, originated as a small moated castle, was built in 1385 and gradually expanded by the Wittelsbach dynasty.
It is a complex of buildings and courtyards that was the home of the Wittelsbach dynasty of dukes, electors and finally kings of Bavaria from 1385 to 1918, when the last Wittelsbach ruler was deposed. There are over 130 rooms representing many different styles and eras.

Hi Mike, Great looking building well captured by this shot. Good composition as a building of this size is difficult to photograph. You have done an excellent job of providing the viewer with the depth of the structure with the background of visitors as well as the buildings in the far distance. I don't think I have been here in a long time. Looks like you are enjoying Muenchen. Regards, Roger

Hi Mike!
Your well choosen POV gives an endless depth to the image and it`s good for the composition to see some people at different positions.

Ciao Mike!
Bella questa fuga infinita del grande palazzo! Bella la composizione con in primo piano il grigio del marciapiede che ancora profondità all'immaggine! Bravo a tenere tutto a fuoco dal primo piano al fondo! Ottima la definizione!
Saluti, Nino.
