This installation is called "Open The Door For Another World" ... an artistic performance. For explanation please click WORKSHOP. Anyway, here's an English translation:

This installation is part of the art performance "Open the door for another world". It represents the transfer into a mystic and dignified world. Help us to spread out and to establish this idea in as many locations as possible all over the alps. Stay attentive, absorb the silence, beauty and mystic of the mountains and dive into the depth of your soul. (Guenter Rauch).

The peak "Hofats" is in the middle of the door way. Two and half hour later I found another display like this in the mountain.

Howdy bro!

This is an absolutely unconventional scene and I like it very much!
If the frame had been exactly the door's frame the viewer would have thought that a real door was at the edge of a cliff!

Hi Latiff, Very interesting theme here. Is this located where non hikers can view it? I wasn't totally sure from your note. Great shot however. Marvelous earth colors and then composition works very well with the door and the mountain top in the background. Well done. Roger
