Face 2 face with an Old Lady Photo

Photographer’s Note

Walk down the hilly road of Ravangla, I came across this lady in her eighties, walking upright, while we were badly panting.
She walked up to us, smiled and got into a friendly chit-chat with us, while I took her photo.
People living in these places at altitudes higher than 7000 ft are pretty sturdy and hard working as their daily life is difficult, they have to walk long distances carrying heavy weights in their shoulders and heads as transportation is irregular and many places are remote were proper roads are not yet built.

Hello Paromita,
Looking at this portrait I don't have the feeling the old lady is posing for the photograph. I like that but on the other hand I think your image is a bit too dark. I hope you don't mind a workshop trying to adjust the luminosity.
