NY - Halloween time at Manhattan.. great atmosphere of being together in a joy..

For Susana and Christian Brandstatter - two Angels from Austria, priceless supporters during my exhibition struggle in NY - in the same time - the most entertaining company to visit the town - from sophisticated Austrian Bank headquarters in the morning, Guggenheim, MOMA, Manhattan Bridge, a dinner at Chinatown at noon, to underground Hassid rebels club at night -thank you for the idea to accompany me in NY, the memory of our funny adventures will stay with me for a long..:)

thanks for the joyful company
and thanks for putting the dedication here and not at the devil´s.. :)

It´s amazing how you manage to find your objects...
We walk together through the same streets, and the photos seem to be from different worlds... for me this difference is a proof that photography is an art.. not a technical image of reality, which is repeatable..., no, it´s a light painting so strongly influenced by the personal view, the individual eye, the choosing of subjects and photos, and the emotions packed in it.

Back to your pic...the backlight on the wings is wonderful here, so is the image formation..

Indeed the most important thing you are doing is the one you are engaged in currently..the most important place is where you have occupied yourself physically and the most important ones in that moment in your life are the ones who are giving you company..the ones around you..

Come to think of it there could be any from the 6.9 billion peopls and it was just two to give that company.."the memory of our funny adventures"...

Hello Agnieszka,
Congratulations on your recent exhibition here in NYC! You really captured the Halloween mood in a fabulous way with your photos. I like this one because it combines gritty NYC with the food vendor, and the "angel" floating in the frame. The steam coming from the cart is another great detail.
