Photographer’s Note
Last in a short series of photographs taken close to the village where I live whilst walking the dog on a warm and sunny afternoon in late October.
I posted a picture of this spot in April 2008 before any restoration work had been carried out on the mill. A lot of work has since been done on the building to bring it up to this condition, but the work seems rather intermittent and much more is still required.

Good morning!
That's what I call progess! A really good and impressive reportage about this reconstruction works. I like the wonderful light you could catch here and the very well transmitted special atmosphere of this place. Again a cultural treasure saved ... great!

Hi Stephen, the French work slowly but surely. The mill certainly has changed but as you say is still a work in progress. Good title, nice cropping, beautiful reflections. The coolness and calmness of the place are beautifully conveyed through your photo. As I've said before, it is a wonderful place to have a daily stroll. TFS and enjoy your Thursday, Lisa

Bonjour Stephen,
Je me souvenais de la photo précédente, dans laquelle les ruines avaient déjà un charme certain. Les choses on évolué. Il n'y a plus la même poésie, mais l'endroit reste charmeur. Une bonne image intéressante. Bravo.
Bonne journée
Amicalement

Hi Stephen,
I remember your previous picture very well, and I am quite surprised to learn that this would be the same place. It really looks like some efforts have been made here. Very fine reflections in the pond1
Kind regards

Hi Stephen,
Nice reflections and colors very soft, typically Mediterranean architecture and a beautiful corner of nature. Beautiful sharpness and a romantic place.
