Neighbourhood preparing to Mori-Machi Matsuri ( Mori town Festival ). This two wheeled gorgeously decorated float and others are pulled passing through the narrow streets of town as well as a lively nighttime parade.
Mori-Machi is a town located in Shuchi District, Shizuoka Prefecture.
