A 2 steps from Honfleur, previous photo, is the mouth of the Seine, a bridge has been built to improve traffic growing port of Le Havre, here is the bridge of Normandy.

The Normandy Bridge is a cable-stayed bridge spanning the Seine estuary, it connects Havre (Seine-Maritime) right bank (A29/RN 1029) to the north, Honfleur (Calvados) left bank to the south (A29). Its total length is 2143.21 m with 856 m between two towers. 6.14 million vehicles have crossed the bridge of Normandy in 2007, an increase of 7% over 2006 [3]. Mr. Virlogeux (Technical Study of roads and highways) has been the source of conception of this work, in addition, during construction, he oversaw on behalf of the "Mission Pont de Normandie" teams of project management led by B. Deroubaix (Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Le Havre).
