One of the most popular tourist sights in Beijing (North Capital), which has many.

"The Yonghe Temple, also known as the "Palace of Peace and Harmony Lama Temple", the "Yonghe Lamasery", or - popularly - the "Lama Temple" is a temple and monastery of the Geluk School of Tibetan Buddhism located in the northeastern part of Beijing, China. It is one of the largest and most important Tibetan Buddhist monasteries in the world. The building and the artworks of the temple combine Han Chinese and Tibetan styles. The Yonghe Temple is located in Beijing's Dongcheng District, near the northeastern corner of the Second Ring Road. Lines 2 and 5 of the Beijing Subway both stop at Yonghegong, as do a number of city buses."

Hi Chris,
I like the color contrast (red/green) and the saturation. Good framing. I was there in 1993, but the weather conditions were very bad at that time. TSF.

I am agreeably surprised to discover a temple Tibetan of this importance in Beijing. The colors are superb. excellent clearness makes it possible to easily distinguish the very fine sheets of the trees. Framing is well made, the scene is very interesting. Cheer.

Excellent composition my friend! This photo is sparkling with bright and intense colours and its outstanding architecture is well matched by the tree at the right and the whole scene full of life. Excellent clarity and sharpness and a very well composed image. One of your best in my opinion.

The presence of the people is giving scale to the area. The point of view is allowing me to distinguish the details and colors of the architecture of the tibetan lama temple. The trees are framing well the temple. The intensity of the light has a good effect on the colors. Have a nice day.

The main feature here are the fantastic red colour of the house, as a contrast to the green colours of the trees in front. This is a very special and intersting architecture and really a fine picture!

on voyage beaucoup avec toi et c'est magnifique. Ici, la Chien traditionnelle qui me rappelle que dans une huere, je pars voir une exposition à Bruxelles sur ce fabuleux pays.

The red colour of the Yonghe Temple is certainly eye catching. Like the contrast between the green and the red colour. The people offering prayers certainly add to the composition and scale. Good work!

I haven't visited this one when I was there but the architecture is very familiar:)! Good composition with the tree, the bamboos, the incense burner and all the visitors around. Good colours also!
