Photographer’s Note

After a day of driving around in the search of new photo spots, i decided it was time to try and capture a few before it got too dark.
I stopped off at a few locations during sunset and managed to capture some quite nice shots, but on the way home i was driving up over a hill when i looked in my rear view mirror to see an amazing sight!
Mist had formed in the valley and there was a huge dark cloud that stood out against the orange of the sunsets afterglow.
I managed to capture a few shots, although they look much better in large, because smaller versions (like on TE) dont show all of the detail in the forest :-(

I used an ND8 Graduated filter
