Photographer’s Note
This second photo from Grassy Flats is a much wider view showing one of the Three Sisters from Canmore as the background above this lake. There are two trails leading up to Grassy Flats, one more challenging with a waterfall to view, and the other easier to navigate. I thought the waterfall route would be better but when we arrived at the waterfall it was in my estimation not as impressive many that I have seen in BC on the west coast. Nonetheless it did offer a good view of the location with a wonderful viewpoint.
Of note in the upper right is a silver tower which I can only assume is used for water supply or some other contraption creation of man that in my view has invaded a very beautiful setting. I almost thought it best to photoshop it out entirely. At any rate I trust you enjoy the view.

Très bonne composition verticale. Le rendu du ciel est un peu bizarre mais les reflets sont magnifiques et la composition réussie.

Hi Paul
Nicely composed with FG interest as well as BG interest in the mountain. You're right about the tower. At first I thought it was a lodge. Nicely exposed with beautiful colours.

Morning Paul
Its funny you mentioned the silver stack sticking out of the forest trees - you're right, it is a little anoying and truely doesn't fit the beautiful surroundings - its a shame its been placed there.
You present to us so many wonderful scenic photos, this is simply another one for us to enjoy.
I paticularily like the diagonal progressions from bottom left, upwards.
There is also ample light shining on the forest and the right side of the mountain.
The algae filled water is a nice touch.
Again, nice work
til next time
