Photographer’s Note

In the photographic goldmine of Val d'Orcia, one can find also such minimalistic landscapes - this was caught very near to the much photographed cluster of cypress trees which can be found on the road to San Quirico d'Orcia.
The dusty road leading up the hill, from this vantage point, seems to disappear and magically re-appear here and there. In actual reality it doesn't lead to those few trees, but imagination likes to make one think so :-)

Very nice colours on the field.
The composition is also good with the road going through the field, and the lonesome trees. TFS.

I like this minimalistic picture. It is true what tey say: less is more.
Nice soft colours, nice composition and well balanced.
