Photographer’s Note

At first I was surprised to see this statue untouched, though India and it's people had rough past with her Imperial Majesty; that speaks much of Indian tolerance and regard for art and history (however unpleasant it may be).
Another thing that got my attention were abbreviations (second line from bottom), can anybody say what they stand for? :) Being so to too long.
I guess that is also one thing that India inherited from GB, Indians have abbreviations for almost everything.
