Strahlenburg Schriesheim

The castle was built in the 13th century and the photo is from golden october 2008.
The castle is situated above the village "Schriesheim" at the "Bergstrasse" about 13 kilometers from my home.
The "Bergstrasse" is famous for good wine.

An original low POV , between the ranks of vine yard , to frame the tower in the background . Excellent light management and fine autumn colors , too .

da hast Du dich ja richtig in den Weinberg reingekniet (denk an die Gelenke und Sehnen..), aber das schöne Bild und das tolle Motiv geben Dir absolut recht..

Warum muss ich jetzt gerade an Muscheln denken? ... na egal...
Ein tolles Bild, dass einen als Betrachter irgendwie einbezieht. Man meint richtig, dort zu sein und der tiefe Kamerastandpunkt erzeugt noch einen zusätzlichen Effekt. Ein rundum gelungenes Foto. Ist der Wein jetzt schon voll abgeerntet? Sieht fast so aus.

I like the POV, the framing, the depth and in combination with the castle it is a interesting subject.

Superb composition on this one, the low angle through the towering vines onto the ruin on the hill is testament to your photographic skills.
