many questions comes, seeing this man, who is he? what is he doing? where does is he going?
anyhow, the quality of the photo is outstanding, sharpness, framing and b&w are simply superb.

A good portrait of this well dressed man waiting for someone/something with his bag by his side. We wonder what thoughts are going through his head as he sits contemplating. The black and white suits the mood perfectly.

Yeah the quickies turn out to be promising and full of appeal..amazing disposition and demeanor..the monochrome works to fit the age of the subject too..who wants to see colours in a frame like this..who ? they just get in the way..

Hi Wolfgang,
A very good portrait of this man, obviously quite unaware of his picture being taken. He seems to be deeply concentrated in something taking place beside you, his facial expression indicates that something is happening and we can only guess what this could be.

Hello Wolfgang,

I don't know your camera/lens here but you get an amazing depth of field at f/4..!
However in this case I'd rather see a blurry background, to enhance that fine old gentleman even more...
It is a great composition and a very good pose, the expression is conveyed so well and even the bag is there..!

Io preferisco le foto a colori normalmente, ma in questo caso, la Sua versione in B&W è molto più piacevole ed interessante. L'occhio non è distratto dai colori ma si è concentrato sull'espressione e la figura di questo uomo anziano. Idea eccellente, comprese molto bene, complimenti!
