I like this cute woodpecker standing on the white trees at the FG. Nice golden and gray BG too but maybe would have been better and would have afforded a better bokeh if less focused, in other words using a fstop under f5.2

Très belle prise! J'aime la netteté et l'attitude de l'oiseau mais aussi beaucoup l'harmonie des teintes de l'image.

Ton sujet se découpe vraiment bien sur le fond de couleurs. Les couleurs du cadre s'harmonisent avec celles de ta photo.

Bonjour Mario,
C'est une très belle photo de ce pic épeiche que tu as saisie, laissant apparaître clairement les détails du plumage. L'oiseau est ici filmé sur son lieu de chasse favori, tel qu'il est coutume de le représenter. Les teintes grises de la nature automnale s'accordent à merveille avec la robe de l'oiseau. Un seul regret, pourtant : l'oiseau étant le sujet principal de la photo, il eut été judicieux d'en faire un plan plus rapproché et d'opter pour un cadrage vertical qui respecte la disposition des éléments (tronc d'arbre, position de l'oiseau). Je rejoins également Patrick (yquem46) lorsqu'il préconise de filmer ce genre de scène avec une grande ouverture afin d'obtenir un flou d'arrière-plan qui isolera le sujet et le mettra davantage en valeur. Ceci dit, je comprends que tu aies été happé par l'envie de dégainer sans trop te poser de questions afin de ne pas perdre ta prise.

il est beau ce pic bois je dirais même qu'il est plus beau que Woody, la nature se prépare tranquillement pour l'hiver d'où toute cette grisaille qui entoure cet oiseau, tu as bien saisi l'instant bravo.

you had to be there at the perfect time to capture this moment!
that alone is an accomplishment.
the stripes and lines of black and grey are very attractive, and the touches of gold and red add some punch.
The bird is well focused, and we can see alot of detail in the birchwood.

Hello Mario,
What a perfect capture. The sharpness you achieved is amazing and you were lucky that the woodpecker sat so low to the ground and you got to shoot straight on rather than up into the sky. Love how his red cap stands out against the grey and how his white chest shines. The composition with the two trunks works very well here, "closing" the bird inside.

Les arbres cadrent bien l'oiseau. la prise de vue permet de voir les détails du pic chevelu. Le flou de l'arrière-plan met en évidence l'oiseau. La lumière du matin a un bel effet sur les couleurs de l'image. Bon weekend.
