Servus, Wojciech,
These are so called Palatinus houses on 100-year-old quay Ujpest in Ujlipotvaros (Neu-Leopoldstadt) district of Budapest.

The ensemble of these colorful houses is part of UNESCO world heritage panoramic view of Pest side Danube bank.

I know these details because I live somewhere here in the city. I love the clear colors, the nice reflection on the river taken from the green heart of Budapest, Margit island.
