A Dhaba on the Cuttack-Puri State Highway near Kalpana Chowk Bhubaneswar.
Dhabas were characterized by mud structures and cots to sit upon (called 'chaarpai' in Hindi) while eating. The food is typically inexpensive and has a 'homemade' feel to it.
