Photographer’s Note

A scene from the fishery harbour of Sile. The colors of trees started to change to autumnal colors and a group of cormorants on rocks (some of them with wide spread wings to dry up) wait for their daily provisions which is some fiddling fishes thrawn to the sea by the fishers when they start to clean their nets.

Şile balıkçı limanından bir görüntü. Ağaçların renkleri sonbahar renklerini almış ve kayalara tünemiş karabataklar kanatlarını açmış kurutmaya çalışıyorlar; bir yandan da az ileride ağlarını temizleyen balıkçıların denize fırlatıp atacakları artık balıkları bekliyorlar.

Merhaba Mesut,
Şile limanından güzel bir kare. Yokuşun başından çektin herhalde, ön plandaki ağaçla çok güzel bir görüntü oluşmuş.

Beautiful scene from the Black Sea, great nature photography, excellent composition with the branches and the rocks and the birds! Korkut has told me about the visit to your summer house in that beautiful town, and the delicious fish you cooked, I wish that someday I 'll have the honour to be present at similar meeting! Hi Mesut: Very well controlled exposure and shallow focus in keeping the fg foliage sharp and leaving the background slightly dreamy. Good framing and the blue water is amazing. Regards. Jusni
