Photographer’s Note
The snap is captured near to an oldage home in Kolkata..the old lady was sewing her clothes infront of a gate..the right corner there is an inteseting thing..it is/was mainly used for killing animals by separating their heads from body and offer them to the GOD(this WAS a famous INDIAN ritual which I am completely against of even if I am an INDIAN)....this ritual is called "BALI" in INDIa...this is the nightmare for the innocent animals....they were getting punished for no reason..
The lady stays in the oldage home..when she was supposed to live with her family ..for them she spent all her life to make her family happy..but its her destiny that she is staying in an oldage home during her last days..it is almost like she is BALI in the hands of FATE...
This should not happen...

Hi Arijit,
I'm watching your shots. These are beautiful indeed. Photographically these are simple but the ideas are rock solid. Specially this one.
Very innovative idea, gives strong message to our society. Lovely.
