Photographer’s Note
At the waterfront in Brisbane stands the Wheel of Brisbane at 60m, it gives you a beautiful panoramic view of the Brisbane CBD and the waterfront. The there is a total of 42 Gondolas on the wheel and as compared to the failed southern star, the rides don't put a huge hole in your back pocket. Highly recommended.

Hi Kamran.
Very nice view of this wheel. I especially like the light management. It's few colours, and a very attractive composition. Excellent sharpness. Well done!
Greetings, Fredrik.

Hello Kamran,
Very nice graphic effects and a fine greyscale. I like the blue details among the b&w. An original photo.
Thanks for sharing.

Hi Kamran.
Superbly composed and cleverly treated in post processing. I like the way the frames of the gondolas are picked out in blue against the monochrome. Excellent crop, well judged contrast, fine sharpness.
I don't mind if the one down here stays permanently closed; it should never have been built, and the cost of a ride was sheer extortion.
Regards,
Andrew

Kamran, good evening.
A dramatic picture indeed, lots of detail and fine tones. The minimal blue parts finishes it off nicely.
All the best

Salam
The giant wheels are quite a trend on TE these days..and they are running after the results off a long exposure and well lit spokes..the "oh-so-cute" to be precise..
This has an original crop..the focus is on the architecture..the strong light on the metal...
Like it Kamran..

Hello Kamran,
I thought this is a B&W photo until I saw the blue gondolas' frames. Excellent composition, I reckon. The steel structural frames stands out beautifully against the black BG. Good sharpness.

Hello son-in-law, What a superb shot with excellent balance and contrast, would be a brilliant B&W shot but made even better with the touch of blue on the gondolas. A very sharp image against a pitch black sky.
Well done

Hi Kamran, the tight framing and almost-monochrome quality of the image is really impressive. I have tried to execute a similar shot and failed dismally. Yours is dramatic, sharp, has beautifully captured the lights and shadows and has wonderful depth. Congratulations, it's a killer shot, Lisa.

Hello Kamran, I thought for a minute you were going to tell us that this was the Southern Star, I would have been very surprised, maybe even hailed it as a miracle ;-). Nice shot, almost BW with a touch of blue very effective, nice light & excellent clarity.

Hi Kamran
Strong image here with the dark background and the lovely lighting effects. The box cars are illuminated too! Well composed and shot at an interesting angle that works. Congratulations on this photo.
Take care,

Hello Kamran
For a colour photo, it could easily pass for black and white, as the mixture of greys and whites blend well and contrast beautifully.
excellent composition.
Well done
Cheers
