Photographer’s Note
I had been on a trip to the princep memorial in kolkata recently. The memorial on the banks of river hoogly is dedicated to sir james princep, a scholar of the times of the British Raj in india, and was made in the late 1800s
This historic memorial has huge pillars constructed in palladian style and from the front view (entry gate)it looks like a rectangular structure. if you were to go to the two sides of the rectangle, you could see the huge ornate pillars from each end to other.
This pic is taken from the right end when i could capture a tourist couple walking past this piece of history.
simple crop, contrast and frame tools used in PS.
hope you like it.
