Working in another European country, building roads. Unfortunately there is a lot of politics involved, because these guys work for less pay than the locals. Yet they do work their butts off, and from the look of things so far, they are doing a damn fine job too.

hi casper,
long time no see... =)
I saw your other photo on the same theme yesterday and wanted to comment it but then this one in b/w caught my eye...
what you say is undeniably true - people forget too often that these guys work for real low salaries and that they would gladly stay in their hometowns if they had the possibility of a decent living there, too.
great daily shot with a real captivating smile - the light management is good, I can see his face well but the interior of the caterpillar (?) still retains enough shadow to look realistic.
