On 23 and 24 October I've again been im my most beloved antique city of Aphrodisias. From today onwards I'll post some captures from Aphrodisias in autumn.

Hello Mesut,
I find this composition very appealing; these gigantic pieces of statuary surrounded by the fallen autumn leaves. I like the light play across the leaves and the side of the giant face. Excellent colours and sharpness. Thanks for sharing.

Hi Mesut, I can understand well that Aphrodisias is your beloved antique city. It looks great covered partly by colourful maple leaves. Is it Medusa head? It reminds me a Medusa head at Didyma, and also the head in cistern in Stambul.

Buraya çok yakışan bir mevsimde oaradsınız demek ki. Yapraklar, sonbahar renkleri nefis. Sonbaharın hüznü heykel başının yüzüne yansımış. Sevgiler, saygıla.
