Photographer’s Note
The Old Town Hall is one of the most significant architectural landmarks. For that and for its historical significance the Hall was rightly declared a cultural monument in 1962.
The Old Town Hall was founded by a privilege of King Jan Lucemburský issued on 18th September 1338 in Amiens. The King fulfilled old wishes of townsfolk and by this privilege arouse the degree of municipal government. The Hall as we know it today was founded by merging successively purchased or as a gift received common houses, which were many times reconstructed throughout the centuries.

Hi Jan;
I like the photo very much with its differences,just you needed to do it a bit earlier,with better light and colours in my opinion.The sky could appear with better colours in your frame. Anyway I like that feeling of the photo...

Ahoj Honzo,
originální pohled na Staroměstskou radnici. I když obvykle nejsem přítelem nakloněných horizontů, tady to funguje báječně a spolu s "kácejícími" se liniemi budov, projíždějícím autem a turistkami to působí velmi uměleckým dojmem. Takovouhle okoukanou památku není snadné vyfotit originálně, ale Tobě se to povedlo. Krásný víkend přeje a zdraví Dáša

Hi Jan,
I like the chosen dramatic point of view here and the tilt. Good idea!
