Indeed..spangmik..the village is it ?? if my memory doesnt fail me...this village is pretty remote considering the altitude and being beside the lake..

You were there last month..the lake freezes in winter and the army apparently rolls their trucks to take shortcuts..

This area has been in the news...infiltration etc..being close to the border with china...

About the shot..it lacks the elements..the exotic landscape...the tree is too centered maybe..well its no big deal..keep travelling...connect with nature and the photos are sure to get richer and better..
