Photographer’s Note

The town was first mentioned in the 13th century.
In 1329-1388, the magnificent Brick Gothic cathedral was built, and was dedicated to the Virgin Mary, or "Our Lady"
In the early 16th century it was the residence of the astronomer Nicolaus Copernicus who used it as a site for several of his observations.
In 2005 the tomb of Nicolaus Copernicus was found in the cathedral.

Czesc Krysiu,
bylas niedaleko mnie i nie spotkalismy sie. Frombork mam na wyciagniecie reki. Znam to miejsce oczywiscie. Fajna mocna czerwien cegiel. Duzo zmiescilas w kadrze. Strzal zapewne z widokowej wiezy.

Witaj Krystyna!
Dobra prezentacja wspanialego zamku i katedry we Frombroku. Pomnik tego, co wstrzymal slonce, ruszyl ziemie, zmiescil sie w kadrze. Bardzo dobrze.
