it looks like begging but it is some kind of different style and if someone can explain, I will be very thankful..

Yes, this is a form of begging called "gangireddu" meaning a "bull".
It happens in southern india around Oct each year marking the beginning of harvest season celebrated by "Dasara" festival. They decorate buls as you see in this pic and go around seeking alms of all kind ranging from rice ...to saree's(a form of cloth worn in India).
They also make the bull do some cool tricks like make it lift its paw as a gesture of bowing to the alms giver, or shake its head and so on.The alms seeker also plays with his trumpet kind of musical device which can be seen in this picture, in his arm.
