Photographer’s Note

The Inlet of Gokkaya, in the immediate vicinity of Kekova, is astonishingly beautiful with its indented coasts and many islands opposite them.

The sailboats can find places to anchor everywhere in the inlet. The islands Asirli Adasi, Kiseli Ada and Kasirli Ada, smaller than the two others, are situated in front of the inlet of Gokkaya and in the inlet itself there are smaller islands dispersed all around.

Due to the fact that the fresh waters flowing down from the mountains remain on the surface of the sea water, the upper levels are cold and the lower levels are warm.

Hi Dario!
I have seen it under the inredible hot sun and a blue sky.
The pinkish soft tones look great and the composition is good with this boat.

è sempre un piacere vedere delle tue foto, mi piace molto questa tonalita' così delicata dei colori, certo se ti facessi vedere piu' spesso per noi sarebbe un piacere immenso anche perche' dispensi sempre degli ottimi consigli.

Dario...hey...Well handled light and the control of exposure has contributed towards the depth and the sharpness of image..colours are what makes nature shots stand out and youve done it well my friend..

the reddish pink hue in sky..probably have to use filters to make the most of them

Ecco che ci mostri la stessa baia di prima ad un'ora diversa e con diversa prospettiva. I paesaggi marini sono la mia passione e quindi non posso essere obiettivo nel giudicare questo che ovvimente è di mio gradimento. C'è una bella atmosfera, quella che io prediligo quando sono all'ancora: stanchi dopo una giornata passata in mare, non sai quanto è bello lasciarsi cullare dal mare e sedere in pozzetto ammirando un paesaggio come questo, mentre in cabina la tua compagna sta preparando la cena...

(Ovviamente ho visto questa foto dopo aver letto la tua critica alla mia, ma sembra fatta per illustrare il mio punto di vista sul "cielo naturale o innaturale" come l'hai chiamato tu. (:-) A qualcuno la dominante rosa potrebbe non piacere - e non lo dico tanto per dire: ho ricevuto questa osservazione in una delle mie foto fatta al tramonto - e gli potrebbe saltare il ghiribizzo di metterla in varecchina. Io, mai! (:-)
