Photographer’s Note

Abandoned narrow-gauge railway at SOOS, nature reservation. Such railways were numerous in the Czech Republic, with different usage, for example for sliding of the timber or suggar beet. This one was used for transport of torf. But unfortunately most of such railways was ravaged during last years.

A lot of depth in this shot with the rail leading us through the picturs. There seems to be a purple glare in the foreground.

Hi Jiri,
Quite interesting looking path. Old railway line goes through the tunnel of foliage. It is not completely overgrown, though rails are not in quite straight line. Do you know how long ago this was abandoned?
