No golden colours of sunrise seen at that morning. This is a perfect spot though..
Bidadari Island is in Thousand Islands, only 20 minutes by medium speedboat from Jakarta. An island with resort and other facilities like cottage, cloating cottage, swimming pool, banana boat, bycicle, live music during dinner, etc. This is perfect place to take 1 or 2 days of vacation, to run away from Busy Days of Jakarta. Perfect place to take a pre-wedding photography, and also quite good place for others photography. I was lucky enough to spend my first day on this island with interesting clouds all around the island.
Spots for Photography :
- Sunrise and Sunset (if you're lucky enough)
- Beach
- Speedboat and Boat Pier
- Martello Fort
- Islands around such as Kelor Island, Onrust Island, CIpir Kayangan Island, etc
- just be creative ;)
How do i get here?
Take a speedoat from Marina Port, Ancol, Jakarta. See the link below. Or you can go by local boat from Muara Kamal and Muara Angke. (i prefer to go from Marina , though)
Place to stay?
A lot of Cottage here! It's better for you to do some reservation first, just go to the website i link below.
Place to eat?

hi Ali,
a great landscape composition : the wooden sticks leading to the flooded tree in a dynamic diagonal, simple and strong. fine B&W treatment. nice reflection.
I wonder why nobody has criticized this pic before me ?

Hello Ali,
A wonderful poetic view with the pale background of sky and water so well contrasting with the profiles of the stumps and the tree. A great photo and a pity it doesn't get more appreciation.

Paul

hello Ali,
I think this is a great minimalistic photo, it could work really well as a large-size poster. B&W version works nicely to emphasise the simplicity of the scene, reminds me of Japanese paintings, same elegance and minimalism. I'd clone the few dark dots though, that would make the image even "cleaner".
best,
Kristine

Selam Ali. Elegant, uncluttered composition. Very Zen and very accomplished. There is a sense of balance and contemplation here. regards. Klaudio.

Hello Pak Ali,
Ringkas, indah, dan penuh mistik. The poles lead nicely to the lone tree. Salam. Latiff.
