...another post from Athens' metro stations...

...this time I don't need to remember where I had taken as it is written on the wall. Victoria is the station close to the hostel that I stayed for the first four days of my visit...

...title is referring to a website founded by Jacquelin Cangro in 2002. Site quickly became popular and later inspired the book with the same title. "Subway Chronicles" is the collection of 27 essays all written by straphangers - also writing on the site...

Hi Burcu, an excellent composition and exposure. The B&W gives it a timeless character, albeit the subject to the left hints to it being contemporary. A very nice atmosphere.

Hello Burcu,
The atmosphere in this photo is somewhat depressive and pensive, enhanced by the strong contrasts and the large dark part. what are these people thinking of ?

film şeridi, ya da ne bileyim, siyah bir duvarda yan yana asılmış kare panolar gibiler. ne değişik bir metroymuş, böylesini de ilk kez görüyorum. sen de süper farketmişsin potansiyeli...

istasyonlarin potansiyeli farkedebilenler icin cennet gibi.. sen de cok iyi gormussun.. ozellikle ayaktaki modelin katkisi cok fazla fotografa.. karanlik maranlik cok guzel olmus gercekten.. tebriks again..

I definitely like your POV in this shot ... it provides such good perspective. The low light hasn't prevented you from getting rich details and great sharpness.
