Tocatì, Festival Internazionale dei Giochi in Strada

Tocatì è un evento unico per le sue caratteristiche in Italia e in Europa. Il Festival è il frutto dell'attività che l'Associazione Giochi Antichi (AGA), svolge dal 2002 battendosi per la salvaguardia e la valorizzazione del gioco tradizionale.
L'evento si svolge da sei anni a Verona. Nello storico scenario del centro scaligero, in un'area di 200.000 metri quadrati, vie e piazze tornano ad essere luoghi di incontro e di festa.
Per tre giorni le comunità ludiche tradizionali propongono oltre 50 giochi, tra quelli italiani e quelli di un paese ospite, che quest’anno è stata la Grecia.

Tocatì, International Festival of street games

Tocatì is an unique event in Italy and Europe. The festival is the result of the commitment that Associazione Giochi Antichi (AGA) has shown in safeguarding and promoting the traditional game since 2002.
Verona has been hosting this event at the end of September for six year now. The festival can benefit of an area of 200.000 square meters in the historical setting of the Scaligero centre, thus allowing its streets and squares to revert to their original function of social gathering.
During three days, both the Italian and the hosted traditional game communities proposed over 50 games. This year guest Country has been Greece.
