In traditional local paella cooking contests open fires are made on the street, and several teams compete in trying to produce the tastiest.

And this is what happens when an English "guest-chef" takes part in such events: although he did not win ("When do I add the Worcestershire Sauce??")he made up fot the "exotic" note.

Interesante forma de presentar esta paella, digo este tatuaje... en fin, que el humo lo envuelve todo.

Por sacar un defectillo, el trocito de calcetín que asoma, que entiendo es así de pequeño para que no se vea, y se ve… se ve.
