I just liked this detail in the wall which I spotted whilst wandering the small streets of Pushkar. I would appreciate it if someone could tell me what the script says.

nice shot there, I have been following your photographs for quite some time and appreciate the fact that you have captured india quite beautifully(I feel better than many of the Indians them self).

The script says "Dheech Ghaat"...I am sure you have seen lot of "Ghaats" in Varanasi.

This is the exact yellow colour of our school buses in America, but I know that you would probably call it "orange", just like your "robots" light... LOLLL!

Maybe you don't read sanskrit, but I can. It says: " This is a very nice wall made purposely for photographers with a keen eye for typography and curious discovery".

Bold and graphic.

Mooie contrasterende kleuren dat rood en oranje/geel. De opening met de afbeelding van de koe maken deze compositie compleet.
Alle beschadigingen op de muur maken de foto alleen maar beter.

Hi Wanda, I had to choose between 'Colour me Red' and this one as my favourite of your most recent postings, but the graphic qualities and the fabulous colour of this shot won me over. An interesting backstreet scene, well-captured. There is so much to delight the eye in this part of the world (I live in Myanmar now) that almost every scene has some photographic potential.
