Photographer’s Note
I knew that I had to take my Sony with me at work... I stopped my car coming back home this evening at the restaurant Le Vignier, at La Cantine. I've been told that an old Englishman declared that this was the most beautiful viewpoint in the world... And also beautiful Indian summer that we have there in Switzerland ! The mountain in the back right is the Moleson.

Hi Alain,
That Englishman was for sure not far from the truth! It IS a beautiful view from there, and you captured it very well. I haven't been there for quite some time, and I must say that I truly miss the views. I love the bright light and the slight haze here, which creates a wonderful atmosphere. Good composition, with the diagonal line of the semi-island placed in the foreground.
