LA NOCHE EN BLANCO 2009

Abierto x obras es uno de los espacios que se encuentran en Matadero Madrid.El espacio suele albergar planteamientos experimentales. La fotografía muestra el proyecto del artista mexicano Iñaki Bonillas,que estará hasta el 20 de Enero. Es un corredor con gradación de temperatura y color en sentidos opuestos como símbolo del pasado de este espacio: cámara frigorífica del antiguo matadero que sufrió un incendio.
A mi personalmente me dio la impresión de una garganta gigante engullendo personas...

Abierto x obras is one of the areas located in Matadero Madrid. This place use to house experimental ideas. The picture shows the project of mexican artist Iñaki Bonillas, which be on display until Enero 20th. It's a corridor with a color and temperature gradation in opposite ways, as a symbol of the past of this place: a cold-storage chamber which has a fire.
For me,personally,it looks like a big throat gobbling up the people...

I agree with you it seems like a big throat with people inside. The composition closing the tunnel in dark is good to play with this idea.

Beautiful orange red color, I want to paint my wall this color. Very nice POV with the line leading to the dark emptiness. Kind of a scary and mysterious vanishing point. Well managed light for an interior shot with artificial light.
Way
