Inlet Of Munkebo Photo

Photographer’s Note

You pass the inlet of Munkebo as you drive from Odense to Kerteminde on the north eastern part of Funen.
This was a "stop 'n shoot" picture as I passed the bridge on Odensevej in Kerteminde in my car.
No time for finding my tripod. The sky was really flaming, and I parked, grabbed my camera and placed it on the guard rail of the bridge, only taking my time to activate the self timer.

The sky went from very dark blue through all these colors towards the west-facing sunset.

Only contrast is adjusted with no additional saturation.

Hej Jan. En virkelig flot solnedgang med fantastiske farver. Det et en meget fin komposition of god beskæring for indtryk af panoramaet.

This is a wonderful shot. It makes me think about how lucky we are to be surrounded by so much water and have such long sunsets. Excellent photo.

what a moody impression! Great atmosphere of the evening by the sea, I wish I could be there and enjoy the glowing colors of the sunset. Excellent management of the light! TFS!
