Photographer’s Note
While attending high school we would often dream of a pool in our schoolyard. Making presentations of an ideal school it would often be included.
The picture shows a deserted swiming pool of a former elementary school, currently community center. Young families move to the cities leaving no kids to teach.
Interesting note, just outside this former school is a graveyard. Churches, schools and cemetery are usually built in the safest spots of town from floods, hurricanes or earthquakes.
