Photographer’s Note
The peak of one of the easiest mountains 6000+m to climb on earth. Only an hour drive form La Paz is quite popular target among novice climbers.
The building seen here is Campo Alto Roca at 5130m - the shelter used by most climbers for sleeping beforen final climb to the summit.

A nice view, even if the midday light wasn't the best for photography. The topography of the glacier is nevertheless clearly visible and spectacular. Great deep-blue high-altitude sky.

I have seen this mountain from Chacaltaya. Interesting view from close to the summit.
