Phantoms go to sleep

From Penanjakan view point
while waiting for the sunrise
you will surely not be alone
but the moment is so rare
the views so stunning
that easily you’ll find the way
to cut yourself off
and be open to a tide of sensations.

Alone in the crowd
your heart and eyes
will await for the first pale east light
while you’ll start discovering
the wild skylines around,
inside the Tengger crater
you will notice just the highest parts
of the smoking Bromo
behind the mt. Batok pudding shape.

The black sand sea
is still covered on the lowest level
by a thick white fog
that like a shy phantom
escape sliding down from the crater
at the first morning light.

This one is a jewel! I can't believe it attracted so few comments! I like very much the way you isolated this detail, the beauty of the mountains under the velvet caress of the fog and the smoke, the patterns between the trees, a divine cascade, kingdom of gods and of the fairies... a vision of dream. This is a masterpiece! Congratulations!

Che questa foto prenda solo 20 punti e' ridicolo, con le foto di chiesette di campagna qualunque che ricevono 150 "wow great pov !".
Sembra una scena da film, con qualche presenza che passa sopra la terra lasciando il suo carico mefitico.
