A la playa de Naufragados se llega a pie por un sendero por los morros luego de 1 hora, o se puede acceder en barco, es un lugar muy tranquilo donde solo se encuentran un par de bares y alguna casa. La playa debe su nombre a un naufragio ocurrido en 1753, donde solo sobrevivieron 77 personas, algunas de ellas permanecieron en la isla. En el lugar, en 1861 se inauguró un faro. Además frente a la playa en la pequeñísima isla de Araçatuba se puede ver la Fortaleza de Nossa Senhora da Conceição de Araçatuba, de 1744.

The Naufragados (Shipwrecked) beach can be reached on foot along a path for the morros(hills) after 1 hour, or can be reached by boat, it is a quiet place where there is only a couple of bars and a few houses. The beach was named after a shipwreck in 1753, where only 77 persons survived, some of them stayed on the island. The lighthouse there were opened in 1861. Opposite the beach in the tiny island of Araçatuba can be seen the Fortress of Nossa Senhora da Conceição de Araçatuba, built in 1744.
