Photographer’s Note

This is a big Cross situated inside the castle of Rasnov, on the top of a narrow hill. I was impressed of the feeling of silence and peacefulness inside that castle, even with many tourists around. A simple castle, nothing spectacular, just a nice feeling. This Cross is hand-made out of wood, placed on the wall of a house - if I remember right, a carpenter's house (of course..).

I framed it like this (original) on purpose, so that the focus is on the statue simbolizing Jesus, on His body.

Dear Andrei,

I shot exactly the same photo, but I were less lucky since the weather was not good, it was raining and the sky on my photo (I have not posted already) sky is grey. I also liked the castle Rasnov (for the time being I've posted one photo of this place)and specific atmosphere there.
