Photographer’s Note
Bridies and Haggis~ two of the best selling food items at the Fergus Scottish Festival. With HP sauce, of course. The bridies were vile tasting,not as bridies should taste (properly done they are fabulous) and the haggis was, well, haggis, but made for an interesting shot anyway!
