Shot taken in Sardinia in the old town of Alghero.

Located on the northwest coast of Sardinia, Alghero has become a major holiday destination in recent years and yet still retains its distinctive Catalan character. This derives from the influence of Pedro IV of Aragon who seized control of the town in the mid-fourteenth century and embarked on an intense period of colonization from Spain. Today, Alghero manages to combine its role of tourist centre with that of a thriving port. This enables it to maintain a year round economy outside that of the busy summer months.

La scena e' molto bella, e il soggetto anche.
La ragazza in questo ambiente mi ricorda un qualche film italiano d'annata con la Loren o la Magnani.
Secondo me hai leggermente esagerato con la correzione luci/ombre, perche' la luce sembra un po' troppo irreale.

if i knew that you'd show up on TE so quickly, i'd have asked you earlier >:D

taking a short glance from corner to corner, one can easily see the tidiness of the composition and the careful crop. full of geometrical lines, parallels, verticals and diagonals, the figure seems to be belonging to a world of orange colored geometry book. and when i give a pose, i also prefer shade, it is much easier especially under the hot and harsh noon sun :)

Wow..Such a aged toning for such an appropriate frame!...
I like the framing making the lady part of the mood rahter than the central subject herself.

It's a color image but could almost be sepia, nice image having the girl on a strong point, framing a big more to the right would have been good to include the trasportino in full

Hangulatos, szép fotó. A színhatást nagyon jól eltaláltad, a tónusok s a kontraszt összhangban van a régies utcaképpel, olyan retrós az egész.
