Hi Steven,
the effect is interesting but a little too much for my taste. The colors seem inverted like in a negative. On the other hand, I like the strong graphical effect of the steel wires, and the shadow on the water.

good focus on the bridge you captured it wellas seen on the right side, however i must agree with oliver and the background seem a separate picture maybe because of the color change and i find the picture so grainy try running it on a neatimage software...rgds
